Postage & Delivery
All our products are packed in a recycled plastic protector bag for delivery nationally and internationally. Deliveries within Australia are delivered by regular post and international deliveries are sent by air mail (for delivery turn around times, please see below "target delivery times").
GladRagz recommends using either your home address OR your work address to ensure your purchase gets to you. The cost of deliveries is additional to the price of products listed on this site. See "postage costs" below.
Postage costs
Due to the large number of international customers we have now introduced a standard for all countries.
$15 for one item
$20 for two items
$25 for three items
* Larger quantities by negotiation. Please email us to discuss what requirements you may have.
These prices are set prices for up to two items posted. Anything ordered over and above this quantity will have to be given a special quote by getting in touch with us via email or phone.
Target delivery times
As all our garments are individually hand crafted our aim is to post your order within two weeks from date of purchase.
- NZ, Australia and the Pacific - 14-21 days
- Rest of World - 14 - 31 days
Target delivery times are for major cities and exclude weekends and public holidays in Australia and the country they are being sent to.
Returns Policy
If you are dissatisified with your product i.e. not the right colour or the size isn’t quite right it can be returned (at your own shipping expense both ways) and your product will gladly be exchanged.
